Typical Auction Policies (subject to change):
- Live auction event starts at 10am PST on the first and third Tuesday of every month.
- Vehicles are located at: 24250 N. 7th Ave Phoenix, AZ 85085.
- Minimum bid is $200. Auction fees may apply.
- Balance of auction purchase must be paid in cash,credit card (3% processing fee), or company checks. No personal checks.
- Vehicle Pickups must be within 72 hours after auction.Tuesday – Friday from 9AM-4PM.
- An 8.6% sales tax will be applied to every vehicle (licensed buyers exempt)
Important Notice:
- ALL VEHICLES ARE ASSUMED TO REQUIRE A JUMP START OR NEW BATTERY (due to the nature of abandoned vehicles).
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS-IS.
