Typical Auction Policies (subject to change):
- Vehicles are located at: 1201 Freightliner Road Nashville, TN 37210.
- Minimum bid is $250. Auction fees may apply.
- Balance of auction purchase may be paid in cash, Visa, Mastercard, or local business check.
- 15% platform fee will be applied to each vehicle.
- $30 seller fee will be applied to each vehicle.
- Paid vehicles can be picked up during the following hours: Wednesday – Friday (24 hours a day).
- Pickups must be within 72 hours after the auction or vehicles will be subject to $55 per day for storage charge.
Other Notes
- ALL VEHICLES ARE ASSUMED TO REQUIRE A JUMP START OR NEW BATTERY (due to the nature of abandoned vehicles).
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS-IS.
